SHIPPING

Domestic Orders (United States)

All domestic orders are shipped within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: $8 on orders under $150
• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $150 or more
• Express Shipping: $15

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided.

International Orders

All international orders ship through DHL Express. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, VAT, or import charges imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

Once an item has left our facility, it is in the hands of USPS or DHL. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, delayed by carriers or customs, or marked as delivered but not received by the recipient.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or any similar circumstance, shipping fees must be paid again before the package can be resent.

RETURNS

All items are FINAL SALE. Every piece in the atelier is rare, hand-selected, and thoughtfully sourced. Measurements, quality, material, and photographs are listed in the description of every item to ensure each piece is fully represented before purchase.

Vintage items may carry slight imperfections from age and previous wear. We ask that you appreciate these pieces for their character — they are part of what makes each one singular.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.
